Kindred Nomad Project: Couchsurfing (Cebu) and friends with their little act of kindness to the fisher folks

In the first week of the outreach program the Couchsurfing – Cebu has organized together with the kind sponsors, friends from Cordova, GO English Academy and volunteers, the group was able to feed 2000++ residents from 5 different barrios affected of the recent oil spill in Cordova and nearby barangays. On the last day of the activity, the group also gave 250+ care packages (1 kilo rice, 2 packs noodles, 1 can sardine with assorted health products)
We still have rice for cooking porridge and care packages for distribution. If you or your organization would like to volunteer or help us lead a day of feeding program, please send us a message ASAP! Together, we will provide you with as much support as we can. We will continue with this project until we run out of supplies. However, we will find other ways to help more barangays even in our little acts of love and kindness, especially when the need arises.
To those who shared this event on Facebook, invited friends, donated, and volunteered, you made this act of kindness a lot easier to do! Thank you for sharing your abundance! And we wish you blessings 100x back!If you are interested in being a volunteer for our future projects, please “Like” our page and be updated. We have projects in the pipeline every month! We have also started uploading photos on our page, please feel free to tag and share…in fact, we encourage you to! -Jilly Fishyfishy
